Privacy Policy
Updated September 2026.
Twelve Mile Limit runs this website. This page says what we collect from you here, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it.
What we collect
When you send us a catering or party inquiry, we get what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email, the details of your event, and anything you add in the message. When you apply for a job, we also get your stated professional experience, your cover letter, and your resume.
When you ask us a question or request a table through the contact form, we get your name, phone number and email.
When you sign up for our newsletter or the birthday list, we keep the email address and name you give us, and the birthday month and day if you add one, so we can send you what you asked for. We don't ask for the year.
Like most sites, ours uses a web analytics service (Google Analytics) to count visits and see which pages people read. That data is about browsers, not names.
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to differentiate real people from automated spam. When a form loads, Turnstile collects your IP address and technical details about your browser and connection and sends them to Cloudflare, which checks them for us and also uses them to improve Turnstile. Cloudflare says it does not use this information to identify, profile or target individuals. Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy notice is at cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy.
What we do with it
We use inquiries to answer you and plan your event. We use applications to consider you for work at the bar. We use newsletter and birthday-list details to send you what you signed up for, and nothing else. We don't sell your information and we don't share it for advertising.
The companies that host this site, store the files you upload, send our email, and check our forms for spam handle your information for us and only for that purpose.
How long we keep it
Inquiries stay in our inbox while we handle them and for a reasonable time after, so we can follow up. Resumes stay while we're considering applications. Newsletter and birthday-list details stay until you unsubscribe. If you want something deleted sooner, email us and we'll take care of it.
Your choices
Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing tcole@twelvemilelimit.com.
Age
We're a bar. This site isn't meant for anyone under 21, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
